DELIVERY
We deliver worldwide.
Delivery takes 1–10 business days from the moment the order is confirmed, depending on the country and the delivery method selected.
The shipping cost is calculated during checkout based on the recipient's country and the selected shipping method.
After shipment, you will receive a tracking number for your package.
We carefully pack each order to ensure that the product arrives in perfect condition.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Cosmetics can only be returned if the product has not been opened or used and the original seal is intact.
Once the sealed packaging has been opened, the right of return does not apply for hygienic reasons.
In case of cancellation of the order, the cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the buyer.
Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods or confirmation of their shipment by the buyer.
If you receive damaged or incorrectly assembled goods, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order by sending a photo and description of the situation to our email.
We will consider your request individually and offer an appropriate solution in accordance with applicable law.
